研究方向:
肿瘤免疫治疗新技术和新靶点,以及抗衰老研究,注重学科交叉融合和临床转化。
1、免疫细胞调控/重塑新靶点和新机制;
2、放射衍生物和肿瘤免疫治疗:通过研究经典的放射生物学效应,对放疗产物进行鉴定分析,一方面探索放疗免疫增效新机制,另一方面建立系列“间接放疗新技术”;
3、通过设计系列抗肿瘤载体平台策略,克服肿瘤免疫抑制性微环境,提高T细胞在肿瘤微环境中的活性,构建个体化肿瘤疫苗;
4、探索机体衰老相关的靶标和机制,研究抗衰老新技术(包括抗衰老疫苗和干细胞等)。
