研究方向
1. 遗传变异的功能预测和实验验证。系统分析了人类中遗传变异对miRNA、lncRNA、甲基化、基因表达、可变剪切等功能的影响。构建了一系列遗传变异相关的数据库(miRNASNP、lncRNASNP、PancanQTL、Pancan-meQTL、SplicingQTL)。并结合分子流行病学、分子生物学等技术鉴定及验证了多个癌症相关的易感位点及基因。
2. 生物大数据的整合分析及挖掘。高通量测序数据分析及TCGA、ENCODE、GTEx等大型数据库资源的整合分析。

主要致力于生物大数据的整合分析和肿瘤相关的分子流行病学研究。主持国家自然科学青年基金、中国博士后基金等课题。以第一作者或通讯作者在Annals of oncology、Nucleic Acids Research(4篇)、Cell Reports、Carcinogenesis、European journal of cancer等杂志上发表SCI文章20多篇,累计影响因子超过100分,其中2篇论文被评为ESI高被引论文,1篇引用次数达250次。
