课题组主要致力于炎症的发生与调控机制研究、基因编辑工具在生物医学中的应用。主要研究方向包括：
1、衰老过程中炎症的发生机制与调控网络研究；
2、罕见病的基因治疗策略开发，尤其是利用动物模型开展遗传性早衰症的基因治疗探索。
