研究方向:

胶质母细胞瘤 (Glioblastoma) 是成人中最常见和最致命的原发性神经肿瘤。胶质母细胞瘤被世界卫生组织归类为最高级IV级星形细胞瘤,确诊患者中位生存期仅有1216个月。胶质母细胞瘤中存在着胶质瘤干细胞 (Glioma stem cells) 亚群,胶质瘤干细胞有超强的自我更新能力与多向分化能力,与肿瘤发生、发展和复发密切关联。本课题组主要从事胶质瘤干细胞自我更新机制及靶向治疗研究,重点是探究胶质瘤干细胞自我更新、侵袭的分子机制以及阐明胶质瘤干细胞与肿瘤微环境之间的相互作用,目的是:为从消除胶质瘤干细胞的角度治疗胶质母细胞瘤提供理论依据,并为药物研发提供更加有效以及安全的作用靶点。实验室主要采用分子细胞学手段与测序、蛋白质组学技术相结合,与医院紧密合作,围绕胶质瘤干细胞为核心展开以下研究:

  1. 胶质瘤干细胞自我更新及侵袭的分子机制

  2. 胶质瘤干细胞与肿瘤微环境之间的相互作用

  3. 胶质瘤干细胞的代谢调控机制
